Cancellation and Restrictions Policy

All cancellations, substitutions, and transfer requests must be made in writing and e-mailed to Jennifer Haddy at MDA Leadership (jhaddy@mdaleadership.com). Before a program begins, MDA incurs substantial administrative costs related to your registration; therefore, please review the applicable fees below.

Timing of Cancellation Cancellation Fee
More than 30 days from program start date 10% of program fee
Between 15 – 30 days from program start date 50% of program fee
Less than 15 days from program start date 100% of program fee

 

Additional Notes

    • It may be feasible for an organization to substitute a colleague for the original registrant up to two weeks prior to the start of the program. Please contact Jennifer Haddy (jhaddy@mdaleadership.com) for more information.
    • Program registrants who fail to attend with no notification or choose to attend only part of the session will be charged the full program cost.
    • This one-day event is not eligible for continuing education credits and does not include any level of certification.

Restrictions for Independent Consultants

Due to licensing constraints with our partners: 1) Some MDA programs are not open to independent consultants, and 2) If open to independent consultants, there may be additional fees for participation and a non-solicitation agreement requirement.
